Repeatable setup, every time.
The same correct positions, day after day. No guessing if today's stance matches yesterday's.
Most golfers spend their practice sessions working on their swing. The research says the problem often starts earlier at setup. Your stance width and ball position change the shot before you ever begin the backswing.

The setup. The setup. And the setup.

Just lay it down and train. The correct stance width and ball position for every club in the bag is already there - calibrated to your height, derived from Pro Tour-level data. No electronics, no calibration, no app.
The same correct positions, day after day. No guessing if today's stance matches yesterday's.
When setup variance shrinks, contact improves and shot dispersion follows. The research is clear on this.
Knowing your positions are right takes a layer of doubt out of the address position. You commit.
Alignment sticks are great for target alignment but Stance IQ is built for everything else in your setup.

Find your size
There are six sizes of Stance IQ to suit most golfers. Find the training mat that's right for your height.
Stance IQ's positions aren't guesswork. They're derived from Pro Tour-level data and peer-reviewed biomechanics research from the top golf research institutes - the same studies that quantified how a single ball width error with your ball position changes the face-to-path angle by 2.7° which adds an additional 22 feet of dispersion to your 7-iron (or 155y/142m club). A note from the founder
I named the company after a place (Skunk Works) where outsiders built things that actually worked. Stance IQ is built the same way: research-backed, stripped of gimmicks, designed to be useful the day you lay it down.
Not a quick fix. One small piece of a very large, complex puzzle - but one of the best pieces to start with.
