Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand via tracked courier. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
New Zealand
Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days of purchase, New Zealand wide.
Shipping rates:
- Auckland: Standard $6.28 NZD (3–5 business days) or Express $13.86 NZD (1-3 business days).
- North Island (outside Auckland): Courier $10.85 NZD (3–5 business days)
- South Island: Courier $15.92 NZD (3–5 business days)
Australia
We ship to all Australian states and territories from Auckland via NZ Post international tracked courier. Once your parcel arrives in Australia, delivery is completed by Australia Post and your tracking number will continue to work on both the NZ Post and Australia Post websites.
Shipping rate: $19.37 AUD per order (tracked courier NZ to Australia).
Delivery typically takes 6–10 business days from dispatch.
Customs and import charges. Any import duties, taxes or customs clearance charges are determined and applied by Australian authorities, not by us. They are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and are the responsibility of the recipient. That said, under current Australian rules, parcels valued under AUD $1,000 generally clear customs with no charges to pay — so a typical Stance IQ order arrives with nothing extra owing. If any charges are applied, they are payable by the recipient before delivery.
Delays and questions
